My suit/costume did not arrive in time?
None of company,include Zentaizone.com,can guarantee there won’t be an airplane delay. We only can guarantee the date when your suit/costume is shipped out.Usually we need 3-6 working days to process your order and 4-7 working days for shipping(with standard shipping method).
To apply for return,customers must contact us within 3 days after the date when they receive their suits/costumes.We do not pay for the cost of shipping items back to us.
