When Can I Receive My Order?

Usually we need 3-6 working days to process your order and 4-7 working days for shipping(standard shipping method).

Of course,if you need your order urgently,please choose a faster shipping.You are welcome to comment on your order regarding when you need it and we will try our best to help you.

 In September and October we need more time to process your order

2013 Chinese New Year Holiday,we are off duty from 3rd Feb-16 th Feb.

During holiday we won't process your order but our customer service is available.

What is your standard shipping and is it trackable?

We use EMS to deliver your order if you choose this shipping method.It is cheap and it usually take 4-7 working days.When your order is shipped out,you will receive the tracking number and you can track your package  on EMS official website and when your package arrives in your country,you can track it on your post office website.  Note to USA customers:we may use USPS to deliver your order and USPS costs 3-5 working days.
